Harry Sherrard is the principal of Sherrards, and has been a specialist employment lawyer for over 20 years. Recent work highlights include:

Defending a logistics business in a 21 day employment tribunal case brought by several employees and encompassing unfair dismissal, whistleblowing and discrimination allegations. All claims were dismissed, and substantial costs orders obtained against the claimants. The case was reported in the Daily Telegraph amongst other media.
Carrying out a restructure of a professional services business resulting in over 70 redundancies, including writing a voluntary redundancy scheme, planning and undertaking personally all individual and collective consultation meetings and negotiating compromise agreements for all leavers.
Representing a medical practice facing a complex whistleblowing claim, which in turn led to disputes between the partners. Managing investigation into and thereafter response to the whistleblowing claim which resulted in the claim being settled for 10% of the sum originally demanded. Mediating and advising partners and achieving resolution of management disputes.

Harry writes and lectures widely on employment law issues and has conducted numerous training programmes for clients throughout the UK and is the author of two books on employment law.

Harry has been involved in motorsport for over 25 years and currently competes in historic rallies in a 1983 Audi 80 Quattro.
